This website is operated by Black Tide Isle ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting blacktideisle.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

1. Eligibility

By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use it. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and made-to-order items

Our products are printed on demand after you order. We do our best to show colors and print placement accurately, but colors may vary slightly between screens and garments, and print placement can vary by a small amount from item to item. Sizing information is provided in our Size Guide. We may limit quantities, change product descriptions, or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy and returns and replacements in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

5. Discount codes

Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, text and images on this site are owned by Black Tide Isle or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use our designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. User content

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share it in connection with our store and marketing. You're responsible for making sure your content doesn't violate anyone's rights or any law.

8. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to third-party sites and use third-party services (such as payment processors and our print partner). We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Tide Isle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Black Tide Isle harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
